Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
If something’s wrong with your order, email us at burrito.meltdown@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes:
- All other sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size selection or buyer’s remorse.
- If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, it will be held by our fulfillment center for up to 30 days. After that, it may be donated and cannot be recovered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be discarded or donated by our fulfillment center.
Size Issues?
- In rare cases, if you ordered the wrong size but love the design, reach out. We may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
